AI-Powered Program Evaluation Analysis Tool

Canadian Heritage is piloting ChatGPT Teams to support program evaluation activities. This system analyzes large volumes of qualitative information collected through interviews, surveys, and literature reviews to identify recurring themes and patterns in plain language. The system is currently in development and is used by Government of Canada employees to assist with analysis and reporting, without processing any personal or protected information. This pilot project helps gather best practices and lessons learned to inform longer-term AI solutions across the organization.
