AI-Powered IT Support Chatbot for Government Employees
Milo 2.0 is an internal enterprise service management chatbot developed by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in partnership with BMC Software. The system is currently in development and will be available to Government of Canada employees who need technical assistance. Milo 2.0 uses large language models and knowledge-based articles to provide conversational, natural language responses to IT support questions. The chatbot interoperates with the IT ticketing system to streamline technical requests and help users find answers to frequently asked IT questions more efficiently.
This system does not collect or process personal information. It is designed solely to assist GC employees with technical support needs by leveraging existing enterprise knowledge resources and advanced language processing capabilities. Users interact with the chatbot through natural conversation, similar to how they might communicate with a human IT support representative, but the system operates entirely on non-personal technical queries and enterprise knowledge articles.
