The AI Leadership Coach is an innovative tool developed by the Canada School of Public Service to enhance leadership development through artificial intelligence. This AI-driven coaching chatbot provides personalized guidance on leadership reflection and professional growth, helping Government of Canada employees develop their coaching and mentoring capabilities.
The system is designed to complement traditional leadership training by offering interactive, on-demand coaching support based on established leadership learning modules. This tool is currently in development and will be accessible to GC employees seeking to strengthen their leadership competencies.
Importantly, this system does not involve the collection or processing of personal information about users. The AI coaching interactions are based on leadership learning content and general coaching principles, not individual user data or profiles. This design choice prioritizes user privacy while still delivering valuable leadership development support.
