The AI in Learner Feedback Analysis system uses natural language processing technology to automatically cluster and extract themes from open-ended feedback provided by Government of Canada employees during training courses. The system processes learner responses in real time, identifying common patterns and topics to help instructors and course developers understand participant experiences and improve training content.
This system processes personal information, as it analyzes feedback that may contain identifying details or personal perspectives from learners. The system is currently in production and is operated by the Canada School of Public Service in partnership with Mentimeter, the vendor technology provider. Primary users of this system are GC employees participating in training programs, as well as instructors and administrators who review the analyzed feedback results.
The system is designed to enhance the learning experience by providing rapid insights into learner sentiment and emerging themes, enabling real-time course adjustments and continuous improvement of government training programs.
