Employee-Powered AI Chatbot Platform

The Enterprise Self Serve AI platform is an in-development initiative at Global Affairs Canada that empowers government employees to create and deploy no-code or low-code chatbots without requiring specialized technical expertise. These chatbots interact with departmental data, files, SharePoint, and the intranet to improve accessibility and efficiency across the organization.

This system allows GC staff to leverage various AI models and tools to prototype workflows and experiment with new technologies as they are added to the platform. The chatbots can access enterprise data systems and help employees find information more quickly. The platform involves processing of personal information and has been registered in Canada's AI register for transparency and accountability.
