Copilot in Azure is an artificial intelligence assistant developed by Microsoft to help Information Technology administrators at the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) manage cloud resources, automate routine tasks, and optimize system performance. The system uses natural language processing and AI-driven insights to simplify cloud development, security, and operations across Azure services.
This system is currently in production and is used by Government of Canada (GC) employees who manage FCAC's cloud infrastructure. The system does not involve the collection or processing of personal information about members of the public. Instead, it focuses on helping IT professionals work more efficiently with cloud computing resources and services.
