The Learner Feedback Sentiment Analysis System is an artificial intelligence tool developed by the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) to analyze feedback from course participants. This system uses advanced machine learning technology to extract sentiment scores from learner surveys and course evaluations, examining specific aspects such as content relevance, quality, and overall user experience. The system is currently in production and is used by Government of Canada employees who teach or administer training programs. This system does not process personal information and focuses exclusively on understanding feedback patterns to improve course quality and delivery. The analysis uses transformer-based artificial intelligence models to automatically score and categorize feedback, helping instructors and course designers understand what is working well and where improvements are needed.
