AI-Powered SharePoint Information Assistant

The SharePoint Chatbots system is an artificial intelligence application deployed on Microsoft SharePoint Online websites by the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA). The system is designed to improve user experience and streamline information retrieval for Government of Canada employees who access CATSA's internal information resources.

This chatbot assists employees by responding to questions and helping users locate information more efficiently within SharePoint environments. The system is currently in production and is operated by Microsoft as the technology vendor. The system does not involve processing of personal information.
