Streamlining Digital Requirements Through AI Automation
The Data and Digital Requirements Intake Solution is an AI-powered system developed by the Government of Canada to streamline administrative processes in the Project Management Office. Currently in development, this system uses generative AI and workflow automation to help government employees intake and process new information management and information technology (IM/IT) business applications and solutions. The system is designed to reduce administrative overhead while improving efficiency in automating business processes, enhancing existing applications, upgrading technology environments, and engaging resources from Shared Services Canada.
This system does not involve the collection or processing of personal information. It is intended for use by Government of Canada employees who interact with the Project Management Office for IM/IT business intake purposes. The system leverages large language models for intelligent search capabilities and process optimization across AAFC SharePoint sites to help government teams work more efficiently.
