Azure AI Foundry is an AI platform currently in development by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) in partnership with Microsoft. The system serves two primary functions: automating quality assurance and test processes, and enabling custom chatbots that use organizational data to provide secure, policy-compliant responses to users.
The platform is designed for Canadian government employees who need enhanced testing capabilities and improved access to organizational information. It uses artificial intelligence models to generate, execute, and validate test cases, which improves both the accuracy and efficiency of software testing. Additionally, the system explores the creation of intelligent chatbots that can understand and respond to user queries based on organizational knowledge while maintaining security and compliance with government policies.
