Canadian Heritage is exploring artificial intelligence to analyze large volumes of qualitative information gathered through interviews, surveys, and literature reviews. This system is designed to help identify recurring themes and patterns in this data, supporting both plain language processing and deeper analysis. The system is currently in development, with evaluations of multiple AI models including Copilot and ChatGPT underway. This tool is intended for use by Government of Canada employees as part of their research and evaluation activities. Please note: The system is still under development and involves evaluation of how to handle various types of information.
