The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada has developed AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to assist Government of Canada employees with text-based tasks. These internal tools are currently in development and are designed to help streamline document management and reduce manual administrative work.
These AI Agents perform tasks such as analyzing text, consolidating large volumes of documentation, and automatically generating metadata tags for publications, speeches, and other materials. By automating these manual processes, the system aims to improve employee productivity and reduce the time spent on routine documentation tasks.
This system does not involve the processing of personal information about members of the public. It is exclusively for Government of Canada employee use within the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. Users should be aware that the system is still under development and may be subject to changes as the Agency refines and improves its functionality.
