The AI Coach for Managers is a digital coaching system developed by Skillsoft (Caisy) that is embedded within leadership training modules offered by the Canada School of Public Service. This conversational AI system provides on-demand guidance and support to Government of Canada employees who are developing their leadership capabilities.
The system uses a conversational interface with contextual learning to deliver personalized coaching advice based on course content. When employees interact with leadership modules, the AI Coach can answer questions, provide real-time feedback, and offer tailored guidance relevant to their learning journey. This enhances the learning experience by making expert coaching available whenever needed.
The system is currently in production and does not process personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver coaching interactions within the course context. The AI Coach helps democratize access to quality coaching resources across the federal public service.
