AI Chatbot Answers Common Public Questions

The National Capital Commission operated a digital chatbot on Facebook Messenger to help answer frequently asked questions from members of the public. This AI system simulated human-like conversations to provide information and assistance to users who interacted with the commission through the popular messaging platform.

The chatbot was designed to handle common inquiries automatically, allowing the public to receive quick responses to routine questions without requiring direct contact with commission staff. The system processed user messages and generated responses based on pre-programmed knowledge about frequently asked topics.

This system has been retired and is no longer in active use. The chatbot did not involve the collection or processing of personal information beyond what is necessary for basic message routing on the Facebook Messenger platform.
