This AI system helps Transport Canada employees process Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests by automating document tasks such as detecting duplicates, summarizing documents, classifying records, and enabling document search. It is used internally by government analysts and ATIP liaison staff, not by members of the public. The system is currently under development and is intended to complement existing case management and redaction tools.
