AI-Powered Leadership and Personality Assessment
The Psychometric Testing system is an AI-driven assessment tool deployed by the Canada School of Public Service to provide leadership and personality development insights for Government of Canada employees. This system analyzes learner assessment responses to generate psychometric profiles and leadership assessments that help individuals understand their strengths, development areas, and leadership potential.
The system processes personal information about participants, including their assessment responses and psychometric data, to create individualized reports used in professional development programs. This system is currently in production and was developed by Global Leadership Associates. The Canada School of Public Service remains accountable for how this AI system is deployed and how the assessment results are used in employee development decisions.
