Transport Canada's AI Document Process Automation (ADA) system uses artificial intelligence to automatically process paper-based forms submitted by Government of Canada employees. The system analyzes document content and extracts relevant information, significantly reducing the need for manual data entry. This automation helps staff focus on more valuable work while improving accuracy and processing speed.

The system is currently in production and primarily serves Government of Canada employees who submit documents for processing. ADA does not collect or process personal information—it focuses solely on extracting and organizing data from administrative forms and documents.
