Azure AI Foundry is an AI system in development by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) to support quality assurance and testing automation. The platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate, execute, and validate test cases, significantly improving testing accuracy and efficiency for internal development processes.
Beyond testing, Azure AI Foundry is being explored for building customized chatbots that leverage organizational data to deliver tailored, secure, and policy-compliant responses. These chatbots are designed to enhance user support and streamline information access for GC employees who interact with the system.
This system is currently in development and will primarily serve Government of Canada employees. It does not involve the processing of personal information of members of the public.
