Pro B is an AI chatbot and agent interface system currently in development by Indigenous Services Canada. This foundational tool enables government employees to interact with advanced AI models through a conversational interface, similar to existing systems like CANChat and Radia. The system incorporates agents, knowledge bases, and integrated tools to help the department implement various use cases while reducing the need for separate Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses.

Pro B combines generative AI capabilities including text summarization, document creation, image generation, code execution for data analysis, and speech-to-text functionality to support government employees in their daily work. As the system develops, it may eventually integrate with Microsoft Graph for email, calendar, and SharePoint access, further streamlining government workflows.
