AI Assistant for Government Employee Productivity

M365 Copilot is an AI-assisted productivity tool deployed across the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada to help employees work more efficiently. The system uses artificial intelligence to provide writing assistance, data analysis, and workflow automation capabilities integrated into Microsoft 365 applications. This AI system is currently in production and available to all Government of Canada employees within the agency. The system processes work-related data and communications to provide personalized assistance and recommendations based on employee activities and document content.
